But, you're right--a salad can be a whole day's worth of calories, unless we ask for it to be prepared as we need it. Of course, that's not how I choose foods. <br /><br />I almost always split the salad with a friend, but we also split an appetizer, usually (or dessert), so it is still a high-calorie meal... but delicious! <br /><br />But this gives me pause for thought... how can we still enjoy eating out without gouging our health plans?
